"Brittany and Stormy do a great job leading by example.The young staff do a great job making sure the orders are correct.Also,I can tell when Doug and Thomas cook, the chicken is fresh and well seasoned!!!"

"Tried the new chicken sandwich on chicken sandwich day. We stood in line for about 45 min to get it. Was it worth it? Sort of. The sandwich is bigger than others, taste very good, and is available on Sundays. However, I do think Chick-fil-A's sandwich taste better but there is one major difference... I am not hungry 2 hours later. So overall besides taste, I believe it is a better sandwich. As for this store ..... Wow slow. As for cleanliness it is average. I have been here before and they definitely do not put the fast in fast food. Associates were friendly."

"Staff were friendly to me. When I forgot to order the mashed potatoes without gravy, they stopped what they were doing to exchange the one they gave me for one with no gravy. They also gave me some butter in a cup even though they didn't have the refrigerated packets. I also forgot to ask for grape jelly as well so went back into the restaurant again and they got me plenty of packets. Bathroom was also clean. I'm not sure if it's because this is the South and I'm from the North, but it was very refreshing to have this kind of service. I will be back as often as I come to Richmond!"

"Had a great experience at the drive through. It took me awhile to decide what to order since I have never been to Popeyes, the lady was very patient and answered all my questions before taking the order. The food was ready when I pulled up to the window. The gentleman at the window was very friendly. I have ordered the $5 Surf and Turf with one side and a biscuit, it was plenty of food for one person. Everything was fresh and hot. Very happy with my order, definitely will come back again."

"Every time I come here the food is always good and hot! Except maybe for One off time. The service isn’t the best, But as long as the food is good I can deal with a little attitude in the drive-through lol I normally don’t eat Popeyes but this Location I like"
